Our Market Days is Saturday and Sunday, November 28th & 29th (Vendor setup on Friday, November 27th). Admission is $5 per person up to $20 max per car. All activities (pony rides, maze, bounce house, tractor wagon rides, petting zoo, rodeo, face painting, obstacle course, and Santa) are included in the admission price!

For over 50 years, Circle R Ranch has been a cornerstone of Denton County. Market Days was built to use that legacy to support small businesses and give the surrounding community a genuine reason to gather.
Explore everything our ranch has to offer—from signature dining and cash bar service to thrilling family entertainment for all ages. All activities are included in your admission!

Join 50+ makers, artisans, and boutique owners at this premier market event. Indoor, climate-controlled space with built-in foot traffic and a curated shopping crowd.
All booths are inside heated and air-conditioned buildings. No pop-up tents required indoors.
Vendor load-in and booth setup takes place on Friday, November 27. Setup must be complete before Market opens Saturday at 10am.
Electrical access available for $25 per booth. Request it directly on your application.
8-foot black skirted tables: $10 each when reserved ahead of time, $15 on day-of as available.
Ranch staff are present throughout the event to assist with logistics and vendor needs.
All booths must be fully cleared following market closing on Sunday, November 29.
Rates cover the full two-day event (Saturday & Sunday, November 28–29). All spaces are indoors with climate control included. Accepted payment: Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Credit Card.

We seek local vendors from Denton County and surrounding areas selling unique, creative, and quality items at competitive prices. Vendors are curated to ensure a well-rounded market mix — every category gets fair representation.

Once reviewed, you'll be contacted within 5–7 business days. Accepted vendors will receive a contract to sign and a payment link — your spot is confirmed upon receipt of both.
