The Circle R Ranch was founded with a single mission: to provide a genuine North Texas ranch experience for those seeking an escape from the growing city.

To accommodate the massive corporate growth in DFW, the 30,000 sq. ft. Western Pavilion was completed, becoming one of the largest climate-controlled event ranch spaces in the world.

Now hosting over 200 events a year, Circle R Ranch remains a family-owned pillar of Texas hospitality, blending modern amenities with our timeless rugged soul.

Key Milestones of the Circle R Legacy
Our legendary BBQ pits were seasoned for the first time. We still use the same slow-smoke technique perfected by the original ranch hands.
Circle R Ranch officially introduced Armadillo Racing as a corporate team-building activity, becoming a Texas-wide phenomenon.
We hit our half-millionth guest milestone, solidifying our position as the premier destination for genuine Texas hospitality.

The history of Circle R Ranch isn't just about land—it's about the families who worked it. Many of our ranch hands and event coordinators have been with us for over 20 years, passing down the secrets of Texas service to the next generation.

Since Day One
Before the Pavilion, there was a single 1,200 sq. ft. cabin where all corporate deals were signed with a handshake.
We only use aged Post Oak from the North Texas region. It's the only wood that gives our BBQ that specific Circle R depth.
Our property lines intersect with a secondary cattle drive path used by ranchers in the late 1800s to reach the main Chisholm Trail.
